How long will I have access to the Step 1 Review Course?

  • Part 1: Unlimited access to these sets of questions and video answers from the January release date through your exam date
  • Part 2: 60 days of unlimited access to the Video Series once you Click to Start after its release date in March

How should I utilize the Step 1 Review Course?

Click on the Usage tab on the Step 1 Review Course product page for our recommendations on utilizing this course.


When should I Click to Start Part 2 of the Step 1 Review Course?

We recommend that you Click to Start your 60 days of access to Part 2 of the course 6 to 9 weeks prior to your scheduled exam date. In addition, we highly recommend that you make a dedicated pass through the Part 2 videos, completing this dedicated pass about 1 week prior to your scheduled exam date. On average, students complete a dedicated pass in 25 viewing days, although the amount of time can vary due to study schedule and learning needs.


Which additional resources will the 2020 Step 1 Review Course reference?

The 2020 Step 1 Review Course includes convenient page references to First Aid (2019 and 2020), Step-Up to USMLE Step 1: The 2015 Edition as well as additional useful resources.


How soon can I get started?

  • 2020 Step 1 Review Course: You may start January 2020 on the Part 1 questions and video answers. The Study Guide is shipped to you prior to the March 2020 release date of the Part 2 Videos.
  • 2019 Step 1 Review Course: You may start immediately. The 2019 Step 1 Part 2 course study guide will be mailed within 48 business hours of purchase.

Please allow 24-48 business hours to process your order. If you purchase before 3PM Central, your Study Guide can arrive in as little as 3 business days (depending on the shipping method that you choose at checkout).

In order for you to purchase today, start the course today and get your Part 2 Study Guide as soon as possible, you MUST select the FedEx Priority or First Overnight shipping option. If you plan to start the course immediately, please contact our Customer Relations Team to help expedite your course material.


How do I login?

Follow these instructions to access your course:

  • Visit www.DoctorsInTraining.com.
  • Click on the Login button in the top right-hand corner.
  • Enter the Username and Password you created at the time of purchase.

If you do not remember your username/password, follow these instructions:

  • Make sure you activate your account before proceeding with the lost password email.
  • Visit www.DoctorsInTraining.com.
  • Click on the Login button in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click Lost Password? on the login screen.
  • Enter the email address you used when you purchased the course.
  • Click Submit.
  • The Password Reset email you receive will provide you with both your username and a link to reset your password.

To access your course(s) once you are logged in, click on the Courses link at the top right-hand corner of the page next to the Welcome text.

What is being shipped with the purchase of the Step 1 Review Course?

The Part 2 Study Guide that accompanies the video series provides you with study questions, notes, diagrams, study hints and quizzes to reinforce learned material.

  • If you select the 2019 course, the Part 2 Study Guide is shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase.

When will my Step 1 Part 2 Study Guide ship?

  • The 2019 Step 1 Part 2 Study Guide is shipped to you within 24-48 business hours of your purchase.
  • The 2020 Step 1 Part 2 Review Course will be released March 2020.

Can I track my shipment?
