USMLE Step 2 CK Minimum Passing Score Increased

Attention all examinees testing on or after July 1, 2014!
On June 2, 2014, USMLE announced they have raised the Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) examination minimum passing score from 203 to 209, effective July 1, 2014.

Having based their passing score adjustment on many variables, including higher examinee performance scores, Doctors In Training agrees the USMLE Management Committee’s decision indirectly supports our belief that medical residencies are becoming even more competitive and there is an increased need for Step 2 CK exam preparation.

Averaging 244* for our students’ 2013 USMLE Step 2 CK score, Doctors In Training can help you reach your peak potential on the USMLE Step 2 CK by providing a structured yet flexible approach to consuming the necessary high-yield information.

*Doctors In Training has engaged The Dallas Marketing Group Inc. (“DMG”) to conduct customer surveys on its behalf. All students who complete a Doctors In Training Step 1 or Step CK course are surveyed by DMG after they receive their scores. The average score data for Step 1 and Step 2CK is calculated from all 2013 responses received by DMG.
