Return/Refund Policy for Purchases of Step 1 Online Course:

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all purchases of subscriptions to the Doctors in Training Step 1 course shall be fully refundable for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase; provided, however, that once a purchaser clicks to start the Part 2 Video Series component of the course, the purchaser shall no longer have a right to obtain a refund (even if the purchaser is still within the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase). In addition, if a purchaser’s study guide has been shipped by Doctors in Training prior to the purchaser making a refund request, the purchaser must return the study guide, at his or her expense, to Doctors in Training as a condition to receiving a refund. No refunds shall be issued in connection with any refund request made after the expiration of the applicable refund period.
  • To receive a refund during the refund period, please contact our Customer Service Department at 817.870.2730. Please allow approximately six weeks for a refund request to be processed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any purchaser of the Doctors in Training Step 1 course decides, after the expiration of the refund period, but prior to viewing more than ten percent (10%) of the videos included in the Part 2 Video Series, that he or she does not wish to view the remaining videos included in Part 2 of the course, such person may, in lieu of completing the course, elect to receive a Doctors in Training Solid Series store credit equal to the purchase price (net of applicable sales taxes) that the customer paid for the Step 1 course. Any request to convert the purchase price that the customer paid for the Step 1 course to a Solid Series store credit must be made prior to the first to occur of, (i) the expiration of the access period to Part 2 of the course, or (ii) the one year anniversary of the date the customer purchased access to the course. Solid Series store credits may be applied toward the purchase of any Doctors in Training Solid Series product based on the purchase price of such Solid Series product at the time of such redemption. To request an issuance of Solid Series store credits in lieu of course viewing, please contact our Customer Service Department at 817.870.2730.

Return/Refund Policy for Purchases of Step 2 CK Course:

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all purchases of subscriptions to the Doctors in Training Step 2 CK course shall be fully refundable for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase; provided, however, that once a purchaser clicks to start the Video Series component of the course, the purchaser shall no longer have a right to obtain a refund (even if the purchaser is still within the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase). In addition, if a purchaser’s study guide has been shipped by Doctors in Training prior to the purchaser making a refund request, the purchaser must return the study guide, at his or her expense, to Doctors in Training as a condition to receiving a refund. No refunds shall be issued in connection with any refund request made after the expiration of the refund period.

Return/Refund Policy for OMM:

All purchases of subscriptions to the OMM course, other than OMM bundled products, are non-refundable, however, in the event that any purchaser of the OMM course decides prior to beginning to view the online course, that he or she does not wish to view the course, such person may, in lieu of viewing the course, elect to receive a Doctors in Training Solid Series store credit equal to the purchase price that the customer paid for the OMM course. Any request to convert the purchase price that the customer paid for the course to a Solid Series store credit must be made prior to the one year anniversary of the date the customer purchased access to the course. Solid Series store credits may be applied toward the purchase of any Doctors in Training Solid Series product based on the purchase price of such Solid Series product. Return/Refund Policy for OMM Bundled Products:

Purchases of subscriptions to OMM that are acquired as a bundle with subscription to the Doctors In Training Step 1 course or the Doctors In Training Step 2 CK course shall be subject to the refund policy for the Step 1 or Step 2 CK course set forth above, as the case may be.

Return/Refund Policy for Purchases of PANCE and PANRE Review Course:

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all purchases of subscriptions to the PANCE and PANRE Review Course shall be fully refundable for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase; provided, however, that once a purchaser clicks to start the Video Series component of the course and views more than 20% of the Video Series, the purchaser shall no longer have a right to obtain a refund (even if the purchaser is still within the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase). In addition, if a purchaser’s study guide has been shipped by Doctors in Training prior to the purchaser making a refund request, the purchaser must return the study guide, at his or her expense, to Doctors in Training as a condition to receiving a refund. No refunds shall be issued in connection with any refund request made after the expiration of the refund period.

Course Extensions:

Purchases of extensions to the access period of the Step 1 course or the Step 2 CK course are non-refundable.

Solid Series Products:

All purchases of any Solid Series product are non-refundable.

Advising Products and Services:

All purchases of Doctors In Training advising products and services are non-refundable.

Gross Anatomy and Radiology Study Guide (“GAR”):

All purchases of GAR’s are non-refundable.
