Return/Refund Policy for Purchases of Step 1 and Step 2 CK Online Courses made prior to June 30, 2011: A student who purchased the Doctors in Training Step 1 or Step 2 CK course prior to June 30, 2011 may receive a refund equal to his or her total payment less $70 if the refund is requested prior to the start of the second day of lectures. A refund of 50% of the purchase price is available until the start of the third day of lectures. A refund of 25% of the purchase price is available until the start of the fourth day of lectures. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department at (817) 870-2730. All study guides must be returned prior to your refund request being processed. When you return your study guide, please download, print and complete the return form below and include this form with your returned study guide. Please allow six to eight weeks from the date of your refund request (or the date that we receive your study guide, if applicable) for a refund request to be processed. In the event that you elect, for any reason, not to view any Step 1 or Step 2 CK course during the one-year period ending on the anniversary date of your purchase of such course, then the purchase price that you paid for the course shall be converted into Learning Credits at the current Learning Credits price. The Learning Credits shall be redeemable for any Learning Credit-based Doctors in Training product and all Learning Credits shall expire on the four-year anniversary of such conversion.
