Charitable Giving - One Small House
One Small House is registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the development of the Lazaro Cardenas community. One Small House's Board of Directors is comprised of local New York City business and community leaders. In addition, a volunteer staff of SUNY Downstate Medical School students and local community members participate in annual service trips to Lazaro Cardenas, a small town just south of Tijuana, Mexico. All One Small House staff and trip participants dedicate their time on a volunteer basis.
We donate 10% of our annual profits to organizations ranging from local charities to global health organizations including Doctors Without Borders and the American Red Cross.
